TSUBASA was mentioned in the Diplomatic Initiative toward Latin America and the Caribbean, a diplomatic guideline for strengthening ties with Latin American and the Caribbean countries, published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

During the visit to the Republic of Panama by the Foreign Minister Yoko Kamikawa on February 23, 2024, the Diplomatic Initiative toward Latin America and the Caribbean, a diplomatic guidelines for strengthening ties with Latin American and the Caribbean countries, was released and TSUBASA was featured as an example of how to strengthen economic ties through startup support.
