The Japan International Cooperation Agency (hereafter “JICA”) collects personal data of users of the website of JICA (hereafter "this website") to the extent necessary for smooth operation of services provided on this website for the TSUBASA (Transformational Start Ups' Business Acceleration for the SDGs Agenda).

When using this site, there is in principle no need to provide any personal data of the user, such as name and address. However, the user is required to register personal data, such as name, organization name, phone number, email address and so on, in order to use the following services that are provided through this site.

The personal data collected by JICA for the purposes listed in paragraph 2 above is protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures against the risks of breaches, losses and other harm.
JICA may outsource operation of this website, however, in such case, the outsourcer must also comply with related laws and regulations, protect data against breaches, losses and other harm, and take all appropriate measures to provide for proper management of data.
5.Disclosure, Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Data
When a user of JICA’s website requests disclosure, erasure, correction, or suspension of use of their personal data, JICA will disclose, erase, correct or suspend use of the personal data as appropriate to the circumstances of the request.
